‘Cachalot.’ original bronze created exclusively for Whale Gifts by sculptor John C Jackson, reveals a rare blend of power and grace seldom achieved by an artist. Jackson’s utter mastery of his medium and precise knowledge of his subject shows the intense interest and concern he feels for the plight of the world’s leviathan.

Each masterpiece is cast in bronze by the lost wax method-at the Tallix Studio-famed foundry for reproductions of the works of sculptor Frederic Remington.
